We are looking for someone to help us copy all of our personal patient information off of a website database and into Microsoft Word documents. We have a master list of patients with roughly 9700 names. What you would need to do is go to the master list, copy the patients name, then go to a web portal that we'll provide to the freelancer, and then paste the name in the search bar. Then you would need to create a Word document with that patients name as the name of the file, and then copy and paste the patients personal information as well as the information found in the patients notes folder. Save that information and then move on to the new patient and so on. We need a Word document for each of the patients we have. We have a window of 2 - 3 weeks. After January 30th 2017 we no longer have access to the web portal filled with our patients names. Winner will have to sign a document saying they will not disclose, share, sell, rent or trade any of our patients information and upon completion of the project they will pertinently delete and remove ALL of the patients information you have gathered and saved.
