Organization of PPT slides in to topics and list them
The job is quite simple:
The PPT files have slides with different topics, some of them are common, some of the have different versions of the same topics.
There are 149 PPT files, about 700 MB (because of the too many images in the slides). Some of them are very short.
1. Add to each slide a text box with the name of the file (not putting a footnote or a headnote). Please see the model.
2. Group the same topics. Every topic is very well identified. Some of the slides are in Spanish, but the names are very very similar to the English translation, plus the fact that they have the same images. So its very easy to identify them.
3. List of topics in an excel document. Please see the model.
