Hi, I am experienced excel user, I would like to work on this project, I intend to prepare one macro that will generates new sheets ready to be printed, iterating through list of names and addresses. Let's say that you have all data in Sheet1. You will prepare one sheet with name Print1, with page setup exactly, how you would like to be printed out. I will prepare a macro that will go through all items from list and will generate new sheets Print2, Print3, ..so on, with the same page setup as you have prepared on Print1, changing only the recipient name and address. After that you will begin printing, either selecting one by one the sheets for printing, either you will select a group of sheets to be print out more than 1 sheets with 1 printing command.
