Data Mining and Machine Learning Algorithm Project

Industry: Education Description of analysis: Our department is currently looking for someone to help the team to write a report of 2000 words about 3 different data mining algorithms for extracting association rules out of a data repository. Details of the phase below; Phase 1 - Description of the 3 algorithms and provide coding steps of each of them. (This needs to be sort of research based on at least 3 different sources. IT CAN NOT BE COPIED AND PASTED FROM THE WEB. It need to be written with own words and properly referenced using Harvard Style reference. ) Phase 2 - Demonstrate example of the process frequent itemset generation; including rejection of frequent items, Phase 3 - Based on the result of the frequent itemset generation process, we need to clearly demonstrate the extraction of association rules. Phase 4: apply the process for the generation of strong rules and rule reduction Phase 5: In each algorithm report, an application domain that the algo has been applied to. For this final phased the team needs to report the appropriateness of each algo, accuracy, performance and how to scale it. If you are interested let me know so I can provide you more information.
