Data Parsing and Output

I have a comma delimited file that has these data eliments: "id","dealer_id","vin","stockno","year","make","model","model_code","trim","bodystyle","transmission","drive_train","doors","exterior_color","interior_color","truck_cab","truck_bed","msrp","invoice","price","wholesale_price","retail_price","sale_price","mileage","comments","options","images","type","certified","engine","engine_size","fuel","dealership","dealership_address1","dealership_address2","dealership_city","dealership_state","dealership_postalcode","dealership_country","dealership_phone","dealership_url" and I need to have a script written that will give me only these eliments in this order: Dealer ID,VIN,Year,Make,Model,Type,Type,Trim,ExteriorColor,SellingPrice I will need a script that will run new outputs on an as needed basis.
