Hey Data Entry Experts,
I am looking for someone that can download Owners Manuals or Service Manuals for the make/models of cars that I provide and then extract/scrap the information I need from out of them.
I will provide a list of cars and then you will need to find the Owners Manual online by searching on Google. Here is an example list:
1988-1991 Honda Prelude
1993-1995 Mazda RX-7
2004-2010 Mazda RX-8
You will just need to find (1) service manual for any of the years listed. So, for Honda Prelude, you would need to find a manual from 1988, 1989, 1990, or 1991. *Not one for year each, just (1) total out of any of those years.
Within each manual you will be gathering information from the 'Maintenance & Care' & 'Specifications' sections. Most of this information will be in charts. You will just need to copy it to a text file and organize it in a neat manner.
For some of the manual there might also be photos that will need to be 'screenshoted' and then copied into paint. This will depend on the manual and we will discuss this for each individual manual.
So again, here are the project details:
- I will provide list of cars
- You will search for the online manual
- Gather/Copy information from 'Maintenance/Care' & 'Specifications' sections
- Gather/Screenshot images when needed.
- Provide information neatly organized in a text file.
The hardest part of this project might be to find the online Owners Manuals, but there are many sites out there that offer these.

I would like to get started on this ASAP.
There are around 15-20 manuals that I would like to gather to start. Later there will be additional manuals that need to be gathered and we can make those into a new project posted here at GAF if you like.
