Data Entry from Lead ~120 Cards - repost

Hello! We have 120 lead cards that have been filled out by possible clients. There are 4 fields on each card, name, wedding date, phone number, and email address. Most are handwritten with with a sticker with the needed information. I need the cards accurately entered into a Google Web Form or an Excel spreadsheet. This project will go to 2 freelancers. I will be comparing their work against the others to ensure accuracy. I will select a freelancer in a short amount of time and will expect delivery in 24 hours. Please see sample attached. Thank you!
