Data Entry from Website to Excel Sheet - repost 2

Hi, I need a freelancer to copy and paste 9601 x data records (2 fields per record) from a public website onto excel sheet. Details attached. Payment milestone will be released after project handover and I check to confirm that there are less than 5 number errors throughout all the records.
