Depending on the number of contacts needed for collection, I can spend about 5 hours a day on this project.
I have experience collecting, importing to excel and categorising large numbers of contacts from external sources into an excel spreadsheet. E.g. gathering up to 5,000 media contacts and organising them in a spreadsheet using autofilters and formulas to keep track of the number of contacts per category. Autofilters enable easy search, sort and manageability of info, for example, isolate conatcts for a particular zip-code, job position, area, or name.
