CSV file into Zen Cart with management end

My client is using ZenCart for his shopping basket but requires CSV files to be imported into the shopping cart (all categories and images must be working). The CSV file can not be changed but some how work with Zencart.
This will be an ongoing submission as new products are sent to be submitted, the programmer must provide a simple but effective feature so a csv file can be uploaded and Zencart will automatically converts the data into product listing (management area sort of thing).
I've attached the CSV file, any questions please let me know.
