Automated Analyis & plotting script

Hello, I would like to make an automated, augmented version of the analysis program made earllier. I want ALL of the MEP adjustment/editing code/optins removed. The user will choose a folder with 1 of 6 titles (6 diff conditions, see attached excel file). In this folder will be pre & post MEPs. I want the program to analyze and plot each of the MEPs in that folder automatically (I want the option for a manual inspection but the default state should be automatic). All MEPs will be analyzed for amplitude, latency, silent period. all of these parameters will be exported to an excel file in the same folder as the MEPs. Next, 3 plots will be generated. Pre traces overlayed on eachother, Post traces overlayed, and mean pre overlayed on mean post. 3 separate plot. I want the axis to be fixed @ -1.5 to +1.5. However, In this new window I want a list of the MEPs to appear, so the user can check/uncheck MEPs and see how that affects what the traces look like. Then, I want the user to be able to save each plot as a matlab figure. The figured should be labeled with the subject initial and the condition type. pre/post traces should be labeled as well with a legend showing which trace is which. See the attached files for examples of layout, plots required. I would require 1 plot of each type in the excel file attached for each condition or combined on 1 plot/figure as seen in the excel example. ProjecT would cost ~ $75-100. Completed in 3-5 days (tweaking, adjusting not included). Let me know.
