How wants to use Data Analytics for our start up -
Developing systems or frameworks and installing interactive and dynamic visualization tools that can help us to analyse and view big data.
1. To Enhance User Experience through Web Analytics -
a. What they looked at , how they navigated, how much they got influenced by promotions, reviews,page layouts , Arriving at User Simplicity Index , etc
b. In memory analytics - Personalize content, look,feel of the website in real time , Generate Personalized promotions which are high quality , more timely, more granular and more personalized,offering Tailor made suggestions ,use real time data to make time and location sensitive offers to customers, Loyalty Programs

3. Opinion Mining / Sentiments Analytics :- Predicting the sentiments through Opinion Mining / Sentiments Analytics. Spotting trends , patterns , consumption etc ( Ref - Wall Street Analytics)
4. Predictive Analysis :- , Predicting next customer Action, Predict Demand Variation, Heat maps , God View / Hawk Eye / Eagle Eye View , Visibility Index, Demand Generation Algorithms, Arriving at Happiness Index for Customer and Reputation or Popularity Index ,Predicting Expected Time of Arrival and Expected Time of Reaching ,
Apart from aforementioned areas we will be using Data Analytics for Marketing Spend Optimization, Sales Planning and Predicting Capabilities, Financial budgets and planning, Risk Intelligence. these are indicative functional areas where analytics framework can be used.
Basic Intent is to turn data into insights through analytics , insights into actions and actions into tangible results.
As a POC (Proof of Concept) we can take some of the indices mentioned above.
We are requesting to submit the detailed proposal. Costing can be discussed separately

I have worked in few data analytics projects involving SAS & R. Also I have worked on many projects involving Excel (Pivot Table, Macros) and VBA.
My skillset primarily includes programming (R and C/C++,Java ) and statistics knowledge to carry out data analysis using R. Though I may not have implemented the algorithms you have listed, I believe I have decent experience in R and understanding in Data analytics to contribute as part of a team for this project.
