CREloaded Access/Excel EPA validation program

Need an automated method using Access or Excel which reads ~ 4000 row EPA file, checks prices for parent product against prices of subproducts and outputs EPA rows of parent products & subprods which are incorrect only. ie. parent prod must have same price as lowest price subprod No payment will be made unless work is completed 100% satisfactorily to specification.
