Adobe Dreamweaver Website

I need a responsive site built in Dreamweaver. I need a responsive desktop version and a mobile version. I am willing to pay $5 per page for desktop and $2 per page for mobile. The site is already built in wix, so I need you to copy it exactly as it is in Wix. I have 7 content pages + 1 terms page + 1 privacy policy page. Total 9 pages. There is no flash, and one of the pages has a small picture. There is a link in one of the paragraphs, and when a user clicks it, I want it to open in a new window leading to one of the site pages. On one of the pages, there are three button for three different services. When a user clicks on two of the buttons, I want a form to pop up that says: \"This service will launch soon. Submit your information to be contacted when it is available.\" The fields in that form will be Name, Email address, Re-enter email address, and Subject, and I want a subject to be prefilled with a subjected I will give you. I would like this page to have a different menu than all of the other pages.
