A creative individual is looking for a local (Northwest Arkansas) iMovie guru to collaborate regularly with making content

Aside from what I just typed in box above, I have a number of projects to complete and the technical issues are really slowing me down, as more projects come in. I can shoot plenty of good footage, import it to iMovie and I've managed to drag and drop clips for a descent look, but I can't do everything. I am creative, but when the project stops entirely because of some aspect of the program I am unaware of, or a question arises... Ugh! Because the following type things come up: a.) best format and b.) location/device to import and c.) subsequently store and use footage, as I build quite a collection. d.) reusing clips seems to be a substantial problem. As a serious creative talent wanting to produce content, my options seem to be: 1. pay someone to shadow me/counsel/ essentially teach me what I don't know/ or need to know. 2. pay someone per project for post production work. or 3. Collaborate. We plan a project, both input-we each contribute/do what we do best, and end up with quality product. At this time, I don't want to waste any time, to get quality ...I need help. [please note below "budget menu" doesn't properly reflect the options I just made mention of.
