Design & Assemble PCB -- 2

Europe only freelancer - due to operational requirements and gsm/3g coverage. Enhance, design, assemble a set of modules all together for few prototypes (10 units) The objective is to do it cleaner and better than it is currently done. The whole system consist of at least: plastic enclosure arm processor relay usb hub micro sdcard 12V to 5V adaptor optional gsm/3g The proposed mission consists of: - Project explanation exchange - constraint explanation (secure data , current surge, ems) - Improvement of the solution - Outsource the pcb production (and eventually the assembly) - Sending the working prototypes to me. The proposed price should not include: - Material / components. PCB ordering. - Delivery prices as I will pay for them. The steps of the projects are the following: - You do your proposal. - If the proposal matches I will contact you to provide you with pictures and more relevant link. - You quickly review this information, retract, or review your proposal. We briefly discuss more on the project. When selected: - More in depth discussion about the project. - You will receive a working prototype of the solution you can test and study in order to replicate. - You will place the orders for the components, receive them, build the prototype, test it and send it to me. Please in your proposal copy paste the following and reply honestly to it. Having few NO does not mean you will not be selected. - Work and live in EU: YES/NO - Can order product from pcb designer (with an existant PCB design) or order product from PCB assembler YES/NO - Electronic knowledge (you are able to diagnose default components, monitor voltage surge, design basics workaround to solve current/voltage issues): YES/NO - Basic use of linux (you will have to download the testing software and dd it on the sdcard): YES/NO - Advanced use of linux as embedded system (you are able to optimise embedded linux kernel and root by using buildroot) YES/NO - Knowledge of freescale-imx233 or more modern processor YES/NO It is mandatory that you are living in the EU area.
