I usually layout my boards with Eagle but on this project I need to use Orcad. However, I don't have all of the packages that i need in Orcad. This project is to convert an Eagle library into an Orcad Alegro PCB Library. The Eagle library contains 37 packages that I need for the PCB layout. I am using PCB editor version 16.2, so I need the converted library to be compatible with this version.

Hello, this should not be a problem. I have plenety of my own footprints in Altium Designer, so it should not be a problem to make same ones in Cadence Alegro or any other PCB layout program...
