Develop a Softphone Dialer for embeded systems

Hi We want a soft dialer which must work in embeded systems, e.g. windows CE ver6. The dialer must be able to communicate with dialer server using SIP Account, domain, user name, password and both way communication must happen. We ll be using sound in/Mic port and sound out/speaker port on the thin client to connect the normal headset Not USB Headset.
