Combine our basic excel workbooks and create a stat reporting system

We currently use 2 different Excel sheets to track some data with our company.

I am looking for someone who can read the current documents combine them while making them more functional, easier to read, and easier to add data.

We would like the stats to show on the 1st page of the excel with all the data entered on other pages.

We would like the excel sheet to be able to be opened on iphones and read properly. Currently they have too much info and will not display.

Ability to search stats for specified time frame

Ability to add brokerages

The Statistics we would like to gather from this excel would be;

1. Percentage of agents that closed a deal to number of transactions

2. Percentage of agents that closed a deal to number of transactions for each brokerage

3. Brokerage closed transactions

4. Brokerage growth in percentage of closed transactions over previous year

5. Each Brokerage ranked for transactions per national and per state

6. Each Brokerage ranked for added agents per national and per state

7. Company total Transactions

8. Company total agents left

9. Company total agent joined

10. Brokerage rank the agents joined

11. Brokerage rank the agents left

12. Display the top producer for previous month

13. Display top recruiter for previous month

14. Display top team for previous month

15. Previous year comparisons

16. Active listings per brokerage

17. Active Listings total

18. UC Listings per brokerage

19. UC Listings total

20. Active/UC listings previous year comparison
