Corporate Website - Modify Template

I would like to create a website for my company. The site will be bilingual. English site and an Arabic site. The Arabic site will be a mirror of the English. Knowledge of Arabic is recommended. I'm thinking of using this template <[login to view URL]> as a start. The template will need modification in colors and frames, but would be a good starting point. Home page will have a Latest News ticker. Also, it will have a UPS Package tracking frame, where a user inputs the UPS package tracking number, and the site fetches the info from UPS site (will be discussed with coder). Menu item that I can envision (not final) : Home, About Us, Companies, Career, Contact Us. There will be a need for an Admin Panel to post job openings, latests news, etc. Applicants should be able to post their CVs in career section. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform
