Develop a Simple Antivirus in VB 2010.

Hi there, I would like to have a small, simple antivirus made for windows that is compatible with windows xp, vista, and 7. I would need to have an update feature for the virus definitions, where the user clicks on a button, the prog searches for a file newer than the one on the computer, and if there is downloads it. I would also need it to have options on when to schedule automated scanning, options on what drives or scan, and give the user an option to do an on demand scan at any time. If this project goes well, I will def consider you for any time I would like to have virus definitions update or actual program updates. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
