Add our 3 hour long video to our site

This is an EASY job so please no B.S. with overly high bids. I'm simply looking for someone to add our 3 hour long video to our site so that it can be watched with minimal distortion or slowness in playback. I have it uploaded to our amazon s3 account and can provide the video to you in which ever file format you need.
