Build a simple web interface with the Slybroadcast API

Hi,

I need a simple web interface to be built that allows a user to upload an audio file and type in a phone number, which will result in the audio file will being sent directly to voicemail on the phone number that was provided. It appears that [login to view URL] has an API that can be used for sending the file straight to voicemail. I need someone to build a web interface that uses that API to meet the following requirements:

- I will deliver short 1-3 minute audio file to my customers by email.

- my customers will need a very easy way to send the recordings to another person's voicemail without their phones ringing, and in many cases, from an anonymized or disguised phone number, or just a number that isn't immediately recognizable by the recipient - trackable is fine.

- Upon sending my customers their voice files, they could go to a website (this is want I need built) and they could upload the file I provided them, and put in the recipient's phone number, and the file would get sent straight to voicemail.

- Also, ideally - I could pay slydial or any charges incurred for the message to be sent to a voicemail (I do not want my customer to pay unless we absolutely have to have that happen).

- I don't want my customers to have to hear ads or to have to download an app ignorer to get their audio file sent to voicemail. It has to be VERY easy for my customers to use.

I'm open to suggestions that make this easy for the customers, open to technologies other than the [login to view URL] api, and open to small changes to the outline above if they would help streamline the process. If you have a better suggestions or technology solutions to use to meet the requirements I need, I'll absolutely entertain other ways to get the outcome we need.

I also need this quickly - in under 3 weeks. I can provide mockups as necessary. Hope someone can help me out! Thanks!
