Delphi /Reverse / VISUAL Studio/Make exe run

PLEASE take the time and dowload the rar file, use those file to try make them run without any problems on any windows machine (reverse maybe need it) then you make the bid and you can show me proof that the files are running on your machine with a video or 6 or 7 differents screen shots, i know how those files run not sure if is coded on delphi or visual studio attached files, [login to view URL]!3g9VRA4B!iXmvMAW7rvXQ9dCejHld-Yc9VP0c6HaSxpE2PbJi9Io please use or search for information or clues on the following files ser***.reg ser***[login to view URL] sq***.exe P***V****.exe this files are located on /other files folder maybe useful/ folder i think they can be usefull looking for a delphi developer / visual studio reverse engineer consist on 2 exe files one for administration another for the regular user when the programmer create those file, he made them to connect with an especific db, in this case i sent a DB on the rar file there are saved as bak file, they need to be restore as a regular MSQL DB so the exes files connect to it so keep in mind if the db need to be rename or rename it on the exe or if is more easy for you and you can pull a way to re-recreate those files without any issue just do it also, on those file i want to change the login entry jpeg or bmp file for my own, same thing when the program opens to change the header for my own name header example: "Notepad Ver 1.2" for my own "Phoenix System" thanks
