Hello sir, i have read the project details ,saw the attachment and understood the requirement. i have 20 years of experience in Design and Manufacturing. My expertise is -Product design (Electro mechanical, Automotive and Not Automotive) -3d modeling, 3d rendering, Reverse engineering. -Plastic mold design,Stamping die design, progressive die design, jigs/fixture. -SPM, Equipment,Machine building. -3d printing -CNC programming -Technical writing/Academic writing i worked on aluminium, sheet metal, plastic, wood, Acrylic and other engineering plastics. i have strong skill in Solid works, Creo,Catia, Autocad, Mould flow, Ansys. please have a look my profile and client review and let me know the if any. please send me the details. Hello Sr. Thank you for your project. I am thinking about your sugestion and what jkind of mechanism fit your requirements. I think thread with worm is good, but you can use gears too. Look, handle mechanism MUST have safety devices, or ways to stop if happen an accident. I have any other ideas, how many crushers you want to use, just one ? Maybe you can build one mechanism for two , three or four pistons ........ Ok, I think it is good, now it is your turno to find me if you want and talk with me about your idea. Deliver, assembly, 3D design, fabrication design with bill of materials with tolerances complete. Thank You !

Hello.... I saw this project, and I want to participate. I am architect from Serbia, but I also do 3d modeling, industrial, mechanical, product and 3D print design. Check my portfolio, maybe you can find there something that you'd like. Right now I don't know what else to say. Basically I need about 2-5 day to come up with a working design, and 1-2 to make 3d model, renderings and drawings. hi, nice to meet you, my name is Kai. I am an industrial designer for 8 years in HK. Have studied US for 8 years, obtained an industrial design from Pratt institute, NYC USA. For the mechanic idea that you ask for suggestion. First thing I can think of is using electromagnetic system. Good on it is, you can apply certain amount of power in order to output desirable force. #1 structure is, it can be one side using electromagnetic, one side using permanent magnet. The electric side can switch up and down motion by reversing electric power. #2 structure is, one side electromagnetic, another is metal. Between it have spring to separate both side when crash work is done and power is off. But it require extra force to compress spring when power on. #3 structure is about having electromagnetic system on both side, one side stronger field for crash power, another weaker field just use for separate two different surface when crash work is done. This needs more $$ to build the system on both sides Above is all my suggestion on the mechanical design. You are welcome to review my portfolio to estimate my engineering potential.
