Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Hallo, We are looking for a customer service representative to handle all customer service communication in relation to our customers in the United Kingdom and Germany (preferably also France). For this reason we will need a bilingual person located in Europe, who will be able to work around 1 hour every day, Monday to Friday. Usually the time it takes to handle our customer support across these nations, is less than one hour per day. But since customers don't all call and write at the same time we need availability during business hours. A typical day might look like this: 09:00-09:10 - Check and reply emails. 11:30-11:35 - Receive a call 13:00-13:05 - Check and reply emails 15:30-15:33 - Make a call to a customer. 16:55-17:00 - Check and reply emails For this reason we cannot offer you a full time position with full time pay, but at the same time you will also have plenty of time to handle other freelance tasks. Phone support (we forward calls to your Skype account) is something that is required for us, so if you cannot be available throughout business hours to answer the phone, this job is not for you.
