bank statement download

I need a solution that will help me download business bank statement as and when an activity place in the account. Example i need an automatic download where after set up the system will download whenever someone deposit money or take money out of the account. We expect to recieve about 10,000 transactions as deposited cash in our account every day. We want to be able to push the downloaded statement into a database. now before i go any further please read this. Our customers will have a unique reference number which they will use as reference whenever they deposite money. this will appear under the details section of the bank statement. With this information in mind we will want a database where when we type in the unique agent number, it will give us the deposit for the day or the money deposited by the agent. We want a system that will allow us to delete the information when we retrieve the information. the whole brain behind this is that, when the agent deposits funds in our account we will have to check our bank account if they have deposited funds before crediting the agents account. If it is possible we will like the system also to display the downloaded transactions for it to appear on the screen when the database is opende like how emails appear in the inbox.
