Business Analysis • Coordinating business analysis sessions for understanding client business processes and mapping them to required standards • Analyzing business portfolio; designing performance dashboards & other business classification, selection and prioritization metrics Data Analysis • Evaluating company’s performance, conducting benchmarking study/trend analysis and using various tools to assist the critical decision making process • Interpreting data, evaluating past deals and developing valuation models MIS Management • Managing the monthly, weekly & daily report creation through in-depth analysis and producing the actionable information • Creating MIS report and presenting it to the concerned department Process Transition/Enhancement • Setting up & stabilizing processes and ensuring smooth commencement of operations; leading the set-up of new divisions & transitioning processes from client’s location to the facility • Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to increase knowledge & subsequent productivity
