Hi,
Your talent is needed for an app/software that will run daily searches on "[url removed, login to view]" , and return results that meet some specific criteria. Results will be filtered an imported into an excel spreadsheet or emailed daily. Some of the criteria include price, city, Zestimate, rent, mortgage estimate - all available on zillow. Then some further logic such as ratio, substracting some of these values and only importing results that meet all criteria.
