I have a simple financial model that I want to update and run some analysis of sale & leaseback scenarios. The model need to once completed be able to: - Process basic sale leaseback assumptions (asset purchase, cap rate, debt, interest rate, term of lease, asset appreciation or asset depreciation); - Show KPI's in a summary table; - Model an early exit from portfolio working a valuation back from the cap rate a new investor is willing to pay. there are some other things I will discuses later Basic model format attached which can provide the foundation of what the model would look like. To take on this task you'll need to have some knowledge and track record of of sale & leaseback structures
