I have a list of candidates that apply
I have a list of candidates selected for training
I have a list of candidates that actually show up for the training
I have a list of candidates that get hire
I have a separated list with the cost per advertisement
All info by date.
This is what I want to accomplish:
- cost per advertisement
- cost per employee acquisition by month
- cost per trainee acquisition by month
- advertisement impact
- trends (by month/week)
- Delta (if its working or not, has an arrow up if not it displays X, and action needed)
I need to be able to see it on a same pivot and graphic and on separate graphics
I need to be able to search names that probably dont have the same exact words: eg. Andrew Gold vs Andrew Foster Gold, In this example is the same person so it has to search within a name and x in order to match it.
Summary: I need a report that shows cost per trainee and employee acquisition. Graphics/Pivots/trends
