Do some Excel Work

Hello, I need to update a transaction report on a weekly basis. The report is in a csv file format and contains the following in individual columns 1) Quantity 2) Transaction ID 3) Entity / company 4) Date 5) Fees 6) Transaction amount (without Fees) I'd like to get the total transaction amount for 2 transactions with the same ID as shown in the attached file. Please note that you could have 2 entities/companies with the same Transaction ID. Therefore, we need to check for this condition as well. If the transaction ID does not have 2 instances, we need to display a message such as "Incomplete" and if it is accounted for we need to display "Accounted for in Row x", where Row X, will contain the sum of the transaction amount of the same ID. The dollar amount should account for the quantity as well. 2 quantities = 2 x transaction amount If the sum of the transaction amount is +ve the box should turn green, it its negative, it should turn red. I’d also like a table, which lists all the entities in the csv, and the corresponding number of green/red boxes, total number of transactions and transaction dollar amount (without fees). Also, my csv file, would have multiple tabs as shown in the attached file and I would like to have this calculation done on a separate tab. I'd like to be able to choose any tab I would like to do the calculation on. Please let me know if this is enough information to proceed. Thanks!
