Thank you for your project Proposal ID 10381958, "Do some data entry. I understand the assignment involved searching the website and inputting the relevant data into MSexcel spreadsheet. In undertaking this assignment, will apply the following approach: (a) Review of the websites for the collection of the source data. (b) Verify that the data here are correct, relevant to the study complete and legible, making sense to the study. (c) Setting up of a destination file. I will then set up a destination file or use the one prescribed by the client. (d) Copying and Pasting. I will copy and paste the relevant data from the relevant websites (e) Organising the document. If the destination document is excel, I will set the spreadsheet, name the columns. number the rows, size cells so that the data to be tabulated fits into each cell. I will also set formula to make it easy to analyse and also automatically update changes being applied to the entire worksheet. (e) Editing and proof-reading. I will review the entire document checking and correcting spelling and syntax errors. (f) Client contact. Will contact the client with the final document. Any comments make on the draft will be rectified immediate and final document resubmitted. You need to provide further details ( eg how many rows x columns, number of sites to be visited, etc) to know how to charge.
