CrowdFunding or Angel/Seed Venture Capital Broker/Contractor

I have a startup business based on a portfolio of US granted and pending patents. It's about ecommerce and apps for TV and mobile devices. The business has both for-profit sector(majority) and for-non-profit sectors. I need seeds/angel/vc capital to fund the early stage of the business. If you have past successful experience in helping business obtain seed/angel stage VC, please contact me. Also consider crowd funding, the new type way of raising capital. You need to have "successful done" experience in crowd funding, in stock structure and issue, to massively raise money in public under "forward looking" statement, that allow me to maintain control while maximally distribute the stock (say $0.001/share) to public with minimum risk to them. You need to know the law and rules. You shall contract to manage the day to day process and desired result. Prefer if you have business background in ecommerce, web, telecommunication (wireless/wireline), cable/satelite TV industries. I also appreciate it if past job vc/crowd funding won examples, and a cv/resume of you-self are attached with the proposal. Compensation shall be percentage of money raised (5-10%). I live currently in Petaluma, California, better close to me also, but don't have to. Prefer you are in the US, if not, need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement first
