Adult Content Flash Banner

Hi I'm looking to have a 2 slide style flash banner made 540x400. I'm looking for a designer/flash dev who can design these banners so they look professional and effective. The maximum file size is 100kb The URL will need to programmed into the flash. I need this project completed within 24 hours. URL won't be provided until tomorrow however buyt graphics can start now. Please provide ampels of simple flash banners you have created. Sample banner without flash provided. Content will be in word 2007 document. Logo in EPS format. All other graphics in .jpeg and may require editing. Good luck.
