Banners for car portal

We are looking for someone to design some banners. What we need is: - 2 banners 468x60 size - 2 banners 120x240 size - 2 banners 120x600 size - 1 banner 728x90 size We need someone experienced in designing high-quality banners ( flash / animated gif's ) for high-traffic websites. The main theme for banners is to advertise a website where people add their cars for selling (car selling portal). We have a few ideas but any new comment/idea is welcomed. There will be more designing jobs for person who will receive our acceptance. The budget can grow according to quality of these banners. There will be need for a sample before, but we will not use any of sample materials without paying them (watermark it or something).
