Battle scene - first stage

I'm looking to recreate a battlescene from WW1 in 3d animation and this is the first stage of this process. This first stage will involve recreating a detailed model of a) the environment & b) the terrain, c) the trenches I would like to have this view from 3 perspectives 1) attacking side 2) defensive side 3) overhead view To recreate the battle scene, the developer will need to rely on 80 year old pictures (on line), diagrams and text meaning that this project will involve an imagination, great communication skills and patience. This is the first stage of a pilot with the finished product being an animated perspective that lasts for approx 30-40 seconds which the viewer can stop, fast forward and click on hot spots for text.
