Children Flash Animation/Illustration

I am looking for a flash Animator/Graphic Designer to draw 6 orginial(non-clipart) cartoon characters that I will provide description and 6 illustration/animation that I will also give instructions. If you can produce high quality children's web content and animation - the likes of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] then you want to bid on this project.

I will need to see 3 of your past work...a link will be fine. This job may require you to clone one of the sites I have reference or combinations but do not steal their content and please do not violate copyrights, but I will be looking for similar functionalities.

Upon completion of the job I will need all the scripts, so that I can make future changes if I need to.

If we get along working together this could turn into a long term commitment.

I’m not interested in ‘agencies’ I want to communication directly to the person creating the work.
