An excellent designer required

I require someone with exceptional design skills to design a homepage and inner page template for a sports activity site. You will be very experienced with flash but more importantly you will have a good eye for website design. The site will be along the lines of [url removed, login to view]

I have developers on board already who will look after all the database and programming for the site.

I prefer to work with designers from India so only apply if you are from India and fit the above description.
