Add Your Face To A Photo

We are looking to create a flash based application that allows users to add a picture of their face to a static image, then allow them to save the image after its been created. We would like the ability to change the static image as well depending on the different initiatives we are running. We would also like this in an easy to setup package so we may install on our servers.
