Clone a web site with mobile site and Facebook fan page

Our company owns two domains and one needs to be redone. We want to clone our other site using the same design using a flash element. The site to be cloned is [[login to view URL]][1] We will use the same tabs or navigational structure but different colors and images. In addition we need the same site set up as a mobile site. Also a Facebook Fan page using the new design colors and food images. The facebook fan page will have 4 tabs for location and links to menus as well as contact info for each location.
