Animated video for website

I am looking to have an animated video for my website. DECIDING FACTOR WILL BE THE PRICE AS IT WAS NOT BUDGETED AND WE ARE A START UP COMPANY. Need cartoon like animation but it does not feature any people speaking on screen. It will however have a voice over which I can supply. It will last about 2:30 and listed below is an overview: It will be about the waste of how companies order products from Asia, the manufacturer then ships the container by truck to the nearest port, then the ship travels across the ocean and then is shipped by truck to the receiving company, then the receiving company ships the container to a distributor, then the distributor ships the container to their customer. In a nutshell, my new business will avoid all of that and have the container go direct to the customer. They will benefit by my connections , buying power and sharing loads with local companies. I will fully explain if and when this project is awarded. I will story board it as much as I can. The animation will be used solely for the web. No HD required. But what I need is an experienced provider who can show me prior work. Also need your input and guidance to some degree. End product should be in Flash and optimized for quick loading as well as quality. Thanks
