Add an image to a SWF animation

I have attached two files I am working on for a customer.
There is an SWF file (if you don't know, don't ask), and a CS2 image.
I need the CS2 image put in the place of the sports car on the SWF element.
That's it.
I've tried it but I just keep getting rough edges.
Once in and professional looking, I need you to move the light effects so that they are bouncing off of the Limousine (CS2 image).
I then need it saved as an SWF file again as I use 'Sothink SWF Quicker' as my editor.
This is not as hard as it sounds and I will pay NO MORE THAN £10 by Paypal (please don't bid of you want more than £10)to the person who does it the best.
