Build Site using provided Flash Template

Overview - We have a flash template that we would like a knowledgeable Flash designer to modify and incorporate our text and photos. We will also require modification to the menu items, and other elements of the template to make it our own. This is a [login to view URL] template. General Requirements- 1. Modify images, photos and text in provided Flash template as instructed. 2. Minimal action script modification where necessary. 3. Complete project by Friday 12/15/07 4. Revise as needed prior acceptance (usually no more than 3 rounds of revision). 5. Max Budget - $200 6. PROVIDER MUST ACCEPT AND EXECUTE A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT BETWEEN OUR COMPANY AND PROVIDER. 7.
