Cartoonist illustrator book

To Illustrate a childrens book about a minibus character. I will require about 12 illustrations. The books are not sold commercially. They are sponsored and given free to children in Hong Kong and China. I am a teacher in a Chinese primary school and am not allowed to do any paid activities while under contact. I will approach publishers after my contract expires and any commercial selling of the book will include royalties for the illustrator. I have completed six books so far and have been happy with the work of the illustrators. I am not concerned about reputations or experience as I am quite happy to let people who want the experience do the books. I only pay per illustration as I am funding the whole exercise from my own pocket. I hope to have 20 books completed by the end of September. This book is 'Ming the Minibus Visits Singapore The is based around a Minibus that is invited to a Tourism Fair in Singapore. He goes to Singapore in a container on a ship, while there he gets to look at some of the tourist attractions in Singapore, I require an illustrator that is either familiar with Singapore or can work from postcards and pictures from internet to guide the illustrator. . New Illustrator will be able to find a lot of pictures on the internet. I will also be able to send pictures as well. Looking for an illustrator with child friendly style and imagination. It is important that the minibus is drawn so children recognise him from previous books. Illustrations need to be in JPG format. They also should be landscape with a 23:14 size ratio
