I am looking for a creative designer who can conceptualize, design and deliver in a professional and reliable manner. The selected bidder will be retained for other similar projects and there will be a steady stream of work. Essentially, I am looking for someone who can be easily communicated and is sensitive to deadlines.
Requirement:
Design a homepage and 1 inner page (a flash banner may be required). Once designs are approved. Final deliverables must be in HTML format along with the originally created artwork.
Terms:
1. Cannot have restrictions in making revisions. Satisfaction must be met before conclusion.
2. Payment will only be made after the job is completed.
3. Must be prompt in communication.
4. Agreed deadlines must be met with no exception.
5. Must hand over the original artwork and ownership.

More details will be provided to the winning bidder. The winning service provider will be retained for a lot more similar jobs.
