This is a web site for a locksmith site. It's going to be SIMPLE (maybe even one page like a yellow pages ad). I want it in flash with a version of html, for browser compatibility. You need to include a logo. and you need to be able to draw or create clip art. Explanation: the site is called "Crazy Larry's Locksmith" so i need a CUSTOM clip art of "Crazy Larry" (he's going to look like a used car sales man. ( i have some pictures of what i want him to look like. So again it needs to look really cool. but be very simple. i real provide the text that i want.

I can draw it, put it on my scanner and edit it on Microsoft Paint, it may sound basic, but I do it with great skill and care. Just telling you up-front, the how's and why's of what I am going to do. And I will do a professional job.
