Build website dynamically using Wordprss

We are looking for a web tool and service similar to [login to view URL] with additional requirements such as geo location search, Google analytics integration, and our own web service integration. As we need to produce websites relatively low turnaround time, we would like to create template websites using the proposed web tool and service so that a non-technical person can create a website with minimal changes (<5%) from the templates. Therefore, we need two interfaces; one is similar to [login to view URL] to create a template or website and another one to create websites from templates. We would like to see if one could design an interface, which can accomplish both. Any website will have following five sections: 1. Top Header (with or without image) 2. Geo Search and search result with text and map on same block (initial search result will be based on current google profile, if already logged into google) 3. Body of the website, which includes text, zero to many embedded videos, and zero to many images 4. Footer with text and zero to many images 5. Hidden section with Google Analytics and input to our own web services All the above information may go completely vertical, completely horizontal, or mixed of vertical and horizontal. Note: All or part of the text, image, and video could be clickable. In addition, these websites may include banners, which will mostly non-clickable. We would like to make it parameter specific (e.g. a checkbox). All website must be compatible with mobile devices.
