Actionscript 2 based image loader and viewer

I'm looking for someone to help build a simple but effective flash image loader with a roll-over effect. This is to be set up as a component for inclusion on multiple pages. Built completely dynamically using Flash VARS with customisable mouseover effects, url links and such. Majority of component to be written in actionscript and avoiding traditional layers/movie clips. An example of this is at: [login to view URL] I would like something similar to the header bar but as individual 144px by 60px components.
