Actionscripting on Contact Form in CS3

Please read ALL carefully below. This is a simple project and pay is $10. However please read my terms carefully. I am easy to work with and try to be very friendly but here are my terms since I have been burned TWICE on the past two projects I have posted on here. The Project: Contact page on my flash site already has a contact form made that came with the template. It is Actionscript 2.0 With Flash player 8 in CS3. The whole site is within one flash file. I need you to make the actionscript or whatever necessary to have the form submit and email to the email I specify, and the email address must be editable. You MUST: 1: Finish this project completed in 6-12 hours of acceptance or else it is assumed you have forfeited it. I know this is not a hard thing, I just don't know action scripting very well. 2: You must be in the USA 3: You must be the type of person that checks you email several times daily and works at a computer for a large portion of your day. Nerds encouraged to apply! 4: If you have ANY bad marks on your feedback about communication, save your time, you will not be considered.
